How your brain hallucinates your conscious reality

As science continues to evolve, much of Buddhism’s main tenets are being validated through research. One of the hardest concepts for many to handle is the concept of no-self and, in Nichiren Buddhism, the understanding that reality is constructed and only truly exists because we believe it to be so.
This TED talk explains how our brains are creating reality as we go through life, proving the ancient wisdom of Buddha a scientific fact.
